Breakdancing is for everybody, not just the people and organizations that can afford it.
At Easy Break Dance, we believe that every child benefits from learning to breakdance. Learning to dance builds confidence, boosts creativity and encourages individuality in all participants. Too often we have found that schools, organizations and otherwise don’t have enough funds to allow these children to develop their undiscovered skills, build friendships and express themselves. Finding the funding for such activities, cultural and personal development programs is difficult – we understand that.
However, we didn’t want to just accept that some children wouldn’t have access to breakdancing classes. Instead, we found a solution. A way to bring breakdancing to those who have never experienced before, to those who could have easily missed out on this opportunity.
We decided to create a non-profit organization that would allow schools and organizations to receive the funding that they need to be able to implement cultural programs like breakdancing for their pupils and members.
Donate To Our Cause
We are raising funds, through donations, for communities and schools to access breakdancing lessons and workshops – even when they cannot afford it.
We want everyone to be able to access the programs they need to develop as a person, so we created the solution to make that happen.
Where do my donations go?
The money you donate goes towards the travel and accommodation expenses that dancers and teachers encounter when they go to assist schools with limited funding by giving lessons to their pupils.
Why is breakdancing so important?
Workshops and classes help to empower students to explore their creativity and individuality. To bring these characteristics and bring them into their dancing to create a unique style that is completely original.
Breakdancing builds confidence, self-esteem, and creates bonds between teams. Every individual is a valuable part of the whole team when entering into battles. We provide dance lessons and workshops with positive, culturally sensitive Hip Hop and funk music and encourage students to try out new moves and actions. We are inclusive and understanding, making sure everyone can fully participate no matter their ability level and or experience with dance. We simply want to make people feel good, confident and access to culturally and physically enriching activities.
